What could go wrong if you skip +2 for Aviation diploma?
When you try to achieve something with your best efforts nothing can stop you from achieving it!!
We all agree this is true, but under present scenario it's not a valid statement anymore. India is known for politics and bribes in all avenues of fields, so how can Aviation be an exception!!
During pandemic aviation sector had to digest a big blow, many people lost their jobs including 80% people working as a cabin crew and presently most of the airlines are eager to re-hire their employees they had previously laid off. There's nothing wrong in this, but freshers are facing the big blow for this reason. Airlines are hardly hiring freshers as they feel freshers would require separate training to make them airline ready whereas their ex-employees already have the experience of working in that field.
Now for this reason, people who actually dropped studies post class 10th, and went ahead to pursue diploma in Aviation are taking the big blow.
You don't have any other arenas to explore or pursue your career in, as most professions require you to complete 10+2, except for Sales and customer service, but can you survive a lifelong on this, considering the instability in the market. So, overall can we say this might be a huge reason why cabin crew aspirants are lining up in hundreds for each walk-in interview and then coming back again even after many of them have been rejected over 15 times each!!
Maybe, they know the fact there's no other way, or they are determined they are gonna make it.
But how are few of the selected fresher candidates making their into this industry? By luck or some other unknown means?
Let's continue tomorrow...
